William, I highly recommend the Leupold BackCountry Scope Rings : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/718006106/leupold+backcountry+tikka+t-3%2ft3x+hunter+2-pc+rvf+1%22++high
Assuming you are referring to a Tika like the .65 Creedmore T3X, https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/14543/beretta+tikka+t3x+ctr+65+creedmoor+20%5c%22+ you will need a set of scope rings that fit the picatinny rail mounted on the rifle receiver. There are literally hundreds of choices. You will need to select your scope, and the buy rings that fit the diameter of your scope (1" or 30mm, for example). Just stay with a good brand name like Leupold or Nikon, and you'll get a decent set of scope rings. Leupold "Back Country" rings re good, as are many others. There are just so many on the market, it is really not feasible for me to recommend a specific set - especially without knowing exactly what scope you will be using. If you have questions, you can come back here or ask a local gunsmith. Most are glad to help, or will even mount your scope professionally for you, which isn't a bad idea if you are not experienced in mounting a scope. . .If this
