Jake, it can with a "Folding Brace". A "Folding Stock" would require a $200 Tax Stamp and registration as an NFA "Short Barreled Rifle" SBR with a Stock.

Yes, Jake, sure can. Here is just one possibility: vitalarms.com/sb-tactical-brace-sbt-evo-blk-side-folding-cz-scorpion-evo/ Remember, if you install a "stock", you have technically built a short barrel rifle, which requires approval and a $200 tax stamp from ATF. You have to install a 'brace' to keep the 'pistol; status.

brace yes stock would make it a sbr and require NFA paperwork and a tax stamp BEFORE installing the stock
