Victor, Yes this firearm has a transfer bar safety. Load it up with hammer down. To discharge the hammer must go all the way back then down. The frame is solid steel. It's about the size of a S&W K frame.
Yes Victor, ti has the transfer bar safety mechanism. Comes in a black plastic case with a lock and the owner's manual. And, you can shoot 38 special in it, to ease the recoil a bit, and save a few $$ on the range.
