It is buds full price. The ffl you send it to may charge a transfer fee and a background check. Just call the ffl you plan to use and ask them. But you do save quit a bit through buds plus no sales tax as long as you do not live in KY.
It is the full price. The only fees are the ones you're responsible for, which would be an FFL transfer fee and your background check, but those are separate from the gun purchase and buds has nothing to do with it other than shipping, which is free.
Joshua - the prices are Bud's prices "out the door", unless your state is one of those that require Buds to collect state sales tax. As of January 1, 2019, there are some 30+ states that require Buds to collect sales tax on all sales to residents of those states. Then your FFL dealer will charge a 'transfer fee' that usually ranges around $25 or so, unless you're in CA where the transfer fees can run up to $65 per forearm transfer. Other than sales tax, and the FFL transfer fee, there are no more charges. Buds ships firearms for free.
Joshua, you will pay a dealer transfer fee of $25 to $40 depending on the location and FFL dealer. Buds will collect tax for your state as well.
