Jack, if your selected dealer is on Buds "Preferred Dealer" List then yes. If they are not, you can get them easily added by having them email or fax their FFL information to Buds at FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569

Jack - there is no requirement for an FFL to be on any certain list. You select the FFL dealer you want to receive the firerm and handle the transfer. The FFL will need to transmit their FFL copy to Buds if they aren't already on Buds' list of approved FFLs. But the choice of FFLs is yours.
