I've got the older model that has both Sa/Da trigger pull, I'm guessing this is like a regular Da striker fired pistol? Also had problems with the magazines the springs would compress and get hung up and the bullets would fall out or I'd have to tap magazines to get the spring and follower unstuck. Has anybody else had this problem?

Nate - I've hear a bit about it.  I've had good luck before fixing similar problems by taking the mags apart and cleaning real good (if possible) and spraying the springs and followers with a silicone 'dry' lube (available at the 'box' stores)  then reassembling - or if you can;t take them apart, then clean them as best you can and spray a little of the dry lube inside the mag body with the followers depressed.  Usually, just a little bit of lubrication eases the problem and really smoothens up the action of the mags.  Of course, you could always call Taurus and ask them if they might have had a bad batch of mags.  They may be aware of it and possibly replace them. Joseph, I have 2 G2C's and an older PT-111 and most of the magazines were ok. The issue was the follower had extra material at the bottom that contacts the magazine walls. I sanded them smooth on the sides and they now work great.
