Tyson, Buds needs to update their state lists. This rifle is CA legal.

Tyson - James is in error ... This rifle is not on the CA list for several reasons. All bolt action rifles are legal in California as long as they come with a magazine of 10 rounds or less.

This is legal for California because it is a bolt action. I know. I live in California. Buds has a big flaw in their "California Approved" section. There are A LOT MORE guns legal for sale to CA on the site. As long as they're legal they will send them to CA, even if it is not under the section on this site.
