Brayden, The 1911 9mm conversion kits are out there. Brownells 1911 shop is probably best source. There are many 9 mm 1911's sold at BUDs. Sig, Ruger, American Classic, Howa-Legacy, CZ/Dan Wesson, S&W, Colt, Rock Island, Remington and more make 9mm 1911's. Just search "9 mm 1911" on BUDs and you'll find hundreds to choose from.
1911s are not easy to convert from 45 to 9mm you would need to fit a ramped barrel different bushing different slide stop different extractor different ejector have the frame machined to use the ramped barrel and then it will no longer work for 45 as you machined out the feed ramp the cost to convert would be more than the cost of a new 1911 9mm I highly recommend the RIA 1911s https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/search.php/type/Firearms_Handguns/caliber/10000837/sort/per-round-asc/manu/1042
Brayden, standard 1911 9mm conversion kits will work. Example : https://www.tr-enabling.com/product-p/sl-g-s-922-22-0kit.htm
