Taulant, if this could be done, then yes Sir. You would still need to check whether or not Buds would replace/delete the magazine at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).

Taulant - It would be interesting to see how "that guy" loads his magazine, if it isn't detachable ... The problem is this gun can't be shipped to NY as it is now, and Buds can;t modify it for you, in order to ship it. Were it just a problem with the 10 round magazine, Buds might be able to just remove teh magazine, but it is the 'detachable' part, along with the stock, that make it illegal. IT simply can;t be shipped in the present configuration because it would be in violation of NY laws, and if it were shipped to an FFL there, the FFL wouldn't be able to transfer it to you and would have to return it to Buds - which would incur fees on your part for the restock fees, etc. I truly feel bad for you man, but NY is just very difficult. I hear the housing prices in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia or Alabama aren't bad! :-) Good luck Taulant.

My advice is to talk with local gunsmiths and a FFL holder and get their advice the also local law enforcement may have a contact that can help keep you out of trouble we just don't know,
