Brayden - One can buy replacement barrels, but the cost is going to be $300+. There are various services online that offer the threading services. Threading this barrel might well involve relocating your front sight back just a bit, or it might not. I would suggest you consult a local gunsmith or machine shop and check their prices first, as the shipping costs will add to the cost of sending it to an online service. The last barrel I had threaded cost me $80, locally, so that's a substantial savings over buying a new barrel.
