I just received the SIG Sauer pistol (320C45B). It came with a small grip module. Should this have come with the medium grip installed? Does SIG substitute different sizes if they are out of the standard install parts?

Jon, different UPC code Pistols will come with different Grip sizes installed. I would contact Sig to see if they can offer you some type of Grip Option at 603-610-3000 option 1  ---   8:00am – 5:30pm EST.

Everything I find on this particular model states it comes with a medium size grip module, and other sizes are available to purchase separately.  I can only suggest you contact SIG directly at 603.610.3000 Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5pm EST. Once you accept transfer of a firearm at your FFL, any issues have to be addressed with the manufacturer.  Hope you can get this worked out.
