Was told this one unlike my G2C came with a 13 & 17 round mags, speed loader, lock & hard case is this so? Because my G2C only came in a cardboard box.

Michael, you were told correctly.  This does come with a 13 and a 17 round magazine, in addition to the usual lock, owner manual, registration, cleaning brush and loader, all in a plastic case.   Actually gets you enough to get  you out on the range.  Just add ammo!
