If i wanted at attach a laser sight, will any rail mounted laser work or do i need one specific to the handgun. Also can this gun be equipped with a reflex or red dot sight?

Brandyn, most any rail mounted light, laser or combo will work Sir. This Sig P320 does not have the Optics Ready machined Slide.

Brandyn, Only the Sig P320 RX series are set up with a red dot sight and MOS system. Any rail mounted laser sight would work on this firearms accessory rail. Or you can purchase a P320 frame grip module that has a built in laser.
