Ryan, the 300 Whisper will chamber and fire. However, for safety and warranty reasons I would get the advice of the firearm manufacturer. The Whisper can be loaded longer (more freebore in a Whisper chamber) so it may cause high pressures if fired in a rifle specifically chambered for the 330 Blackout. If the gun is chambered and marked for both it is okay.
