Robin, no, the Taurus is not on the CA DOJ approved Roster. Current only these Taurus pistols/revolvers are legal : https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Taurus

No Robin, sorry, CA has not approved this pistol for sale in the state of CA. California is working toward outlawing all firearms for private citizens - and unfortunately they're well on their way.
