Travis, no Sir. With the "Stabilizing Brace" instead of a "Shoulder Stock" this firearm is classified as a standard Pistol.

No Travis, this is legally classed as a pistol - a handgun. The same rules and laws apply to this as they do to any handgun. As long as it si legal in your state, you can order it with no special paperwork at all - nothing but the usual FFL transfer.
