You'd need to put sling mounts on it and yes you can shoot the minis out of it. There are videos on YouTube featuring the mini shells from a Tac 14 and a Shockwave.
Hi Robert - To mount a sling, you would need to purchase sling mount(s) of your choice, and a sling. there are many universal sling mounts for shotguns. As far as the mini shells, yes the TAC 14 will fire them.
