Ryan - I spoke to a Buds's customer service rep a few days ago, and was told that if a customer can legally order a firearm other than the magazine being over 10 rounds, the customer should call Buds and request the magazine be removed and not shipped and Buds will do so. Without that magazine, I think this rifle might just be legal to ship to Maryland. Call Buds and talk to them. 10 Round magazines are not that expensive, and if you really want the gun, it is worth having to buy your on magazines. Call 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and ask Bud's directly. It is worth a try.
