Chris - Well, good news. Taurus has reverted to their lifetime warranty on all firearms. Receiver this message today from Taurus Headquarters. "All firearms that left our facility after 3/1/2019 will need to be registered online in order to activate the lifetime warranty. Firearms that left our facility prior to this date (including those previously under the 1 year warranty) are automatically grandfathered into the lifetime warranty. You will need to include proof of purchase with the firearm if you need to send it in for service. We went back to the lifetime warranty. The firearms made after 3/1/2019 will need to be registered from here on out, Those made before this date will be grandfathered into the warranty but proof of purchase will be required when sending the firearm in for warranty work." So .. Even the new models are covered, adn the others are all grandfathered in, under the lifetime warranty.
