Bryan - You are correct, teh capacity makes it illegal in Colorado. I spoke to a Buds customer service rep a few days ago, and they told me if a customer wants to buy a firearm and the magazine is the only thing making that firearm illegal in their home state, the customer should call Buds and ask them to simply take out the magazine. You could then buy your own, state compliant, magazines from wherever you choose. So give them a call at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and ask Bud's directly.
