Elvin, the rifle itself is a "Sub MOA" rifle with the right combination of ammunition and shooter. The rifle has the goods for great accuracy. Shooter/ammunition are the other part of the equation.

Weatherby claims .99 MOA with the correct ammo it should do this easily Unless you at like me and while the rifle is MOA I am about a 2 MOA shooter

You talk about shooting 'one ragged hole' at 100 yards - this one can do it, if the operator is up to the task, quality match ammo is used, and you get the right optic on it.
