Page - I spoke to a Buds customer service agent just a few days ago, who told me if the magazine capacity is the only reason one can;t buy this rifle, to call them and they will remove the magazine before it is shipped. As magazines are fairly inexpensive, and you would likely be buying extras anyway, give them a call and see if they'll take out the mag and ship it to you.
