David, yes Sir it is Mil-Spec. Bolt Carrier: Mil-Spec 8620 carrier - Roger Super Stoc, 6-position ATI Mil-Spec.

David - Diamondback claims all their AR pattern rifles are 'mil-spec'. So I would think this one is as well. The various descriptions on the web only address the bolt carrier group and the butt stock as being 'mil-spec', but that's pretty normal these days.
