Amy, this come with (2) 9-round standard-capacity magazines. Since it is used, I would still confirm the magazines/capacity with Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Amy - per Buds' description, these guns come with two 9 round magazines. There may or may not be a box/case with them. However, before ordering, I would contact Buds to verify the number of magazines, and resolve any other particular questions you might have. I can guarantee you .. these were 'carried' a lot more than they were used. Call Buds at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and ask Bud's directly.
