You should contact your local law enforcement the legalities. As long as there isn't a local ordinance it should be fine. Yes you must follow the instructions and the FAQ for transfer 2A federal firearms dealer.
Micah, yes Sir. This Pistol is perfectly legal in Arizona and an FFL is required for transfer to you.
Yes it is legal in Arizona https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/arizona_restrictions.pdf and all firearms must be shipped to a FFL (in your state of residence) to do the transfer paperwork it is a pistol and will be treated like any other pistol as to requirements
Micah - any transfer or sale of a pistol across state lines requires an FFL do the transfer, after completing the background check for you. They will charge a fee, but usually not outrageous. Shop around and find someone there, or use one of Buds listed FFLs if there is one in your local area. And yes, Arizona is still a free state, and this pistol is completely legal there.
Good to go Micah. Yes, you will need to have it shipped to an FFL.
Micah, As long as your 21 years of age due to this being a pistol (handgun) no problem shipping to the copper/Grand Canyon state. When you put the firearm in your cart BUDs has a complete list of FFLs in your zip code to select from.
