Michadl - this rifle has a "Permanent BCM Mod 1 Compensator for 16.1" Overall Barrel Length", which makes it legal as a rifle, and not subject to the Short Barrel Rifle tax stamp and extra paperwork. Just the normal background check and transfer by whichever FFL you select to have the rifle shipped to.

no additional paperwork needed because the muzzle device is Permanently mounted so it meets the minimum barrel length (16.1" Overall Barrel Length)

Michael, the Muzzle Device is "Permanently Pinned" Sir. No additional paperwork necessary.
