This pistol has a dual recoil spring setup and is very stiff to rack it. No you would not be able to rack it easily with weak wrists.

The only way to know(as there are varying levels of weakness) would be to find a nearby gun shop and experiment racking the slides on a few pistols that interest you. If Buds price is lower, you can place your order online. This will ensure you get the right pistol for you.

A lady should be able to rack it just like a man.. As long as your hands is dry you will not have problems racking.

Recommend you take said woman to a gun store and let her try this gun and a few others to get a valid answer.

Usually the resistance of a blow back designed firearm is decided by the caliber, as 380 is a low power pistol round it should have a weak spring, as too strong of a spring would prevent cycling, a woman should be able to cycle this fine given female average grip, and finger strength.

New these are very stiff and require strength to rack. But this one is used and may have loosened up a bit. But if you're looking for a below average easy to rack slide, this is not a good choice.
