You are looking for a "top lever spring" for an Akkar Churchill 512 (Turkish). I searched for that and found a few sites advertising the part but showing "currently out of stock". If you want to see the manual and parts list .. etc .. check .. https://akkar.com.tr/churchill-512-2-493 . This part is highly sought after right now (modification for Cowboy Action Shooting).
