Fernando - Suggest you contact Bud's Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week), and they will help you. I agree, sometimes this web site can be very confusing. Hopefully, they will get is restored to the way it was before the "new' web site came along. It was much better before.
