it does not have a manual safety just the trigger safety (where something has to press on the trigger for the gun to fire like a Glock) and a drop safety which prevents the gun from firing from the impact of being dropped

Walter - it has the best and most important safety feature of all - the shooter's trigger finger. No mechanical safety will ever replace that.

Walther this gun has no Manuel safety but as by law will come with physical gun lock. Hope that helps.
