Marlowe, no Sir. California is very strict on only CA DOJ Roster Pistols only being legal. FFL's won't take the chance of losing their license by shipping a non approved firearm to CA. (If it is not on the list, it has not been approved for ownership in CA which would be a Felony to have). There are hundreds of 10rd Magazine Pistols that are not legal in CA including this one.

Marlowe - California does not always seem to apply the exact same standards to the firearms they put on their roster of approved firearms. However they do apply the regulation that if it isn't on the roster, it is not CA compliant. To get on the approved list, a manufacturer must pay California to 'test and certify' each particular model they wish to sell in CA. Some manufacturers simply refuse to pay the 'testing' fees CA charges to put pistols on the roster. There are many, many firearms with 10 round capacity that are not on the roster. Yes move out of CA other than that you are out of luck and you are correct it is not CA approved. With the CA courts saying that CA can enforce the MICRO Stamping law you will most likely not see any mew guns added to the list and as the existing approved guns drop off the list your options will get slim

Just because it hold 10 rounds DOES NOT make it CA compliant! If you want one you would have to get one through PPT. Or you can become a police officer and buy anything you want.
