Brayden, yes Sir. Both the Top and Bottom Rails are removable.

Brayden, the rails will come off - just a couple of screws. But I can tell you - it is a barrel of fun to mount a red dot on these little Ruger pistols. Makes shooting them an entirely different experience. Just something to think about.
