Stephen, this will not if you have the AR A2 Front Sight. The A2 Front Sight/Gas Block would have to be removed, a low profile Gas Block installed and Delta Ring removed as this is a "Free Float" Hand Guard.

Yes it can fit but will need modification to the front sight by cutting it off above gas port or installing a low profile gas port. This maybe a good option if doing a barrel swap.

Stephen - it will fit, but it is not a 'drop in' part. You would need to remove the factory hand guards, and the Delta ring assembly, as well as the A2 sight, if you have one. You would then need to install a lo-profile gas block. This handguard would then have to be installed, and you would need a new front sight (mounted on the top rail of the new hand guard. Sounds like a lot, but it really isn't for anyone with some AR-15 'customizing' experience. All part of the fun with AR-15 rifles.
