Norman - yes, anytime any modern pistol is designated as "9mm" it uses 9mm Luger, or 9mm parabellum, which are both called "9mm" in practice. Any item with "LE" after the model is designated as the :Law Enforcement model, and in the case of pistols, usually includes one extra magazine above and beyond what comes with the 'non LE' model. The prices will be different, usually, because of the Law Enforcement discount Beretta provides to LE Personnel.
