Hi Anthony - this is classified the same as any 'handgun', so it would be the same age restrictions as apply to any handgun in your particular state. Most are 21 years of age, but if you can legally buy a handgun from a dealer in your state, you can order this.

It depends on what state you're located in. In California, the new law is that you have to be 21, but this isn't CA legal anyway.
