Paul, Rimfire firearms/rifles can have features that centerfire rifles cannot. So with the 10 round magazine the pistol grip and extendable stock should be permitted. Items that are prohibited on center fire rifles.
Yes it is. I live in Cali I know
Paul, this "Rimfire" Rifle is good to go in California Sir. It has no "Center fire" Rifle restrictions.
Paul - here's a C&P of the applicable CA restriction on rimfires: "All rimfire caliber rifles with magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22 LR, 17HMR, etc.)are permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which do not have magazine restrictions.Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered "assault weapons" and can have features that centerfire rifles cannot." SO, yes sir, you are good to go!
