I would personally recommend the Bushmaster. The ATI uses a polymer upper/lower with metal inserts at stress points. There are many reviews on youtube on both and the Bushmaster wins hands down and is all metal construction. Same magazines are used for both.
Build one for around $500. All you need is a lower shipped to an FFL and then everything else can be shipped to your door.
Get the Bushmaster. The polymer lowers are not very durable in field conditions. If you get cases stuck and have to beat the butt stock on the ground (while holding pressure on the charging handle) to clear it, eventually it will crack where the buffer tube attaches. All AR magazines will fit.
Not all parts are interchangeable on the ATI. Its an entry level AR and fair for the price. I would choose the Bushmaster myself. ATI sells brand new 12ga pumps for $150-$160. They seem to want to fill the low price void in the market. Im suspect of quality when I see super low prices. I've never owned one though, so it may be better then I'm describing it.
