Can't do it without SBR ing the shotgun. That is a short barrel shotgun and is a Class lll item. Must complete form 1 and pay $200 tx stamp.

Leonard - gotta be careful. Nothing less than 18" can have a 'shoulder stock'. The shockwaves aren't 'shotguns', they're 'firearms' per ATF. Shoulder stock = 18 inches. Less than 18 inches, no 'shoulder' stock.
