Gavin, No stock with this "pistol". That would make it an SBR (short barrel rifle). This pistol comes with a Sig proprietary 3 position telescoping stabalizing pistol brace. ATF allows stabalizing braces on pistols, no stocks unless you SBR it making it a Class lll item and you must complete a Form 1 and pay $200 tax.
