Rick, the Ruger has a higher rating than the Uberti line of pistols. Heavy loads are not recommended in the Uberti's, Taylors or Traditions pistols except for the "Magnum Chambered" Pistols.

Rick - Ruger builds a good, strong product. We don't really know that about Uberti. IF you want to shoot the max loaded ammo, get the Ruger and save the suspense ..
