From what I understand they put those uppers together themselves from random "parts bin" barrels carrier groups, and receivers. The upper is stamped SOG Armory. They mill their own lowers. All assembled in Houston. (If you found this answer helpful, please mark it as the "Best Answer". Thank you.)

Since Buds does not open new firearm boxes the best thing to do would be to call SOG Armory at 281) 568-5685 with the UPC code and get the information from the horses mouth.

The upper is branded with SOG armory, but since upper receiver usually do not have roll marks from the original manufacturer it would be all but impossible to find out the original manufacturer
