yes it has a crossbolt safety behind the trigger

Bobby - The hammer is the safety - Don't pull it back until you're ready to fire (as in don't take off the safety until ready to fire). Like all firearms, the real safety is actually the shooter themself.

after more research I find 2 different guns listed as the TK105 traditional 20 ga one like the picture above does not a manual safety and has a exposed hammer that will act as the safety the other is a hammerless single shot with a crossbolt safety on the rear of the trigger guard like a Remington they both have the same upc and model numbers I suspect the Buds photo is incorrect link (cut and paste in browser) https://www.classicfirearms.com/rocki-tk105-traditional-sng-shot-sg-shotgun/ I would call RIA to verify which it is Phone: (775) 537-1444 Fax: (775) 751-4425
