It is not NFA. I live in California and we can have these. LOL. If you're not sure, it is best to call your local FFL. Maybe if it had a barrel shorter than 18 inches, since this is a shotgun, then it would probably be different. For rifles it is for less than 16 inches. If the shotgun had an overall length of less than 26 inches then it would be an NFA item, I think. I'm not an attorney, but I am knowledgeable.
no it is not a NFA firearm as it is a shotgun with a 18 inch barrel you can have a full stock or a pistol grip and change from one to the other with no issues
Noah, no Sir. It has a "Pistol Grip" and no stock, which you could still add later since the barrel is 18 inches. There are no NFA requirements to purchase/own/modify this firearm.
Noah - This is not an NFA item. Nothing required here but order it, and pass the background check before your FFL does the transfer.
