Buds uses mostly stock photo's since they don't open the boxes of "new" firearms from manufacturers/distributors. This has always been their policy for new firearms.
Being preowned it would be nice to see it. I would contact Buds to see if they can take a couple pictures of it. Usually they do have photos if its used, they might have just posted it for sale and haven't put the picture up.
The listing is for a surplus lot. The best way to calculate what to expect is to read the reviews from previous buyers. This is an actual picture of one, but it doesn't help much because the one they ship you will be different. This is about what you can expect though. And its impossible to take pics of each individual one and list them separately.
Sig does not specify or guarantee the model variation on these pre-owned firearms
Bud's does not guarantee photos as being accurate and state: *Please Note!! Many of our pictures are stock photos provided to us by the manufacturer and do not necessarily represent the actual item being purchased. Please verify this picture accurately reflects the product described by the title and description on this page before you place your order.
I once tried to talk to a real counter person who had at least seen the guns: Impossible.I think there is a purposeful disconnect on this type of activity by Bud's. Apparently the brick and mortar Bud's stores would have all their sales staff tied up on the phones with pesky customers calling with silly questions about used firearm conditions. You pays yer money and takes your chances. If you don't like it when it comes to your FFL: refuse it. That is Bud's policy. On the positive, every used gun I took a chance on buying from Bud's turned out better than the description or the picture. It would be a simple matter to include actual pictures of the firearm as well as have customer service support it, but it is not cost effective since used firearms do not generate enough revenue to support that level of customer service from Bud's.
