Aspen - depends on the state where you live, and whether or not they restrict the sale of ammo - some states require it to go through an FFL, to be transferred to you. Most states, it comes directly to your residence. If you are not sure of your state, you can look up your state here and see if there re any restrictions: https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/state_restrictions.php or contact a local FFL dealer and ask.
