CA requires featureless. No pistol grip. No thumbhole. This achieves both. As for round count; this will be achieved by having 10 round mag that isn't removable so it will require a fixed mag compliance device. See MeanArms for help in this.
This is California compliant. I live in CA, so I know. A 10 round mag is fine. If still in doubt, show your FFL and ask them.
