sorry it is not NJ legal no pistol grips allowed on semi auto shotguns "✘ A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip". https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
