To my knowledge, FightLite is the new sister company of Ares, so then why is this manufactures as an Ares if I can only find them on Fightlight? Also, is this the Gen 2 revised model? I believe it is.

Peter, it is manufactured by FightLite Industries. Buds just has the manufacturer incorrect. This is also the Gen II revised model as well.
