cash discount on money orders, certified checks, E-check, personal checks. please be aware that any money paid on a credit card does not get the cash discount on the amount charged example I layaway a gun that is $1000.00 and I want to pay the initial 20% down payment with a Credit card the 20% down payment would be $206.00 (200 down +3% = $6.00) the rest of the gun can still be paid off with a check or multiple checks with the cash discount still available example $800 + $206= total price of $1006.00
Electronic check is the best way, IMO.
