Racheal, the only difference is the H&K VP9SK 9MM 3.4" OD Frame 10 + 1 has "Night Sights" and the H&K VP9 SK Double 9mm 3.39 10+1 has "Standard 3 - Dot Sights".
Racheal - without the specific UPC of each pistol you are referencing, it is virtually impossible to accurately tell the exact differences, as there are several different configurations of the HK VP9SK pistol. The differences could include different sights, different finishes, and different numbers of magazines furnished with each, for example. We can explain the differences in detail, if you want to resubmit your question with the two exact UPC codes you are referencing. However, going on what you did furnish, the best I can do is to say the only real difference is the OD green finish on the "OD" one. Both of the pistols I interpreted as being the ones you were concerned with have night sights, and both come with three magazines (2 extended floor plates and one flat floor plate). You can see, someone else interpreted your question differently, and provided information on a different pistol. Thanks!
